Published: June 21,2006 Second teen arrested in drug investigation H eppner teen, Terrence Kristapher Parret, 18, was arrested on drug related charges last week as a result o f an investigation that began after the arrest of Sean R ichards, 18, o f Heppner, on drug and sex related ch arges, said Morrow County Sheriff Ken M atlack. “ Parret and Richards were associates,’’ added Sheriff Matlack. Parret was arrested on probable cause charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor xl 1, Frequenting a R esid en ce C ontrolled Substance xl 1, Delivery of a Controlled Substance-11 to a minor x3 and Delivery of a Controlled Substance-1 to a minor x8. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail, but was later released. Further investigation into other allegations against more suspects is continuing. A grand jury hearing is to be held later this month, said Sheriff Matlack.
