S u b d ivision Ordinance Amendment: This will be the fifth of at least five hearings to consider changes to Article 5 Land Partitioning o f the MCSO o f 1980 amended on November 7, 2001. The pur pose of the proposed changes is to bring the Ordinance into compliance with Oregon Re vised Statute and to provide better guidance to staff when processing various land parti tioning applications. Criteria for the amendment is found in the Morrow County Compre hensive Plan and ORS Chap ters 92 and 215. Opportunity to voice support or opposition to the above pro posals or to ask questions will be provided. Failure to raise an issue in person or by letter or failure to provide sufficient specificity to afford the deci sion maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on those is sues.
