Rodarte was also arrested on a Morrow County C ircuit Court w arrant for Possession o f a Controlled Substance, and local charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance II, Giving False Inform ation to a Police Officer, Interfering with a Police Officer and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender (address change). He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with a hold placed for UCSO warrants. -MCSO received a report from a caller at A.C. Houghton Elem entary in Irrigon that a male juvenile was riding his bike in the parking lot without a helmet. The caller asked him to leave but he refused. The caller called back and said the juvenile left. A deputy advised he will speak with the juvenile. -MCSO deputy cited Oscar Cuevas Rodriguez, 19, for Failure to Use Seat Belt. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Heppner to report a trespasser on his father’s property. The caller wanted the trespasser cited. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller of four bales of hay blocking the intersection o f W ilson and Main in Boardman. An officer was unable to locate the hay. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from the Good Shepherd Medical Center emergency room that a 17-year-old juvenile male came in to the ER with a broken jaw and said that he was jumped by four subjects near the elementary school in Boardman. -MCSO deputy arrested Domenyc Whipple Johnson, 23, on a Springfield Police Dept, w arrant for Property Damage, Criminal Mischief I and II x2, Assault IV, and Menacing; he was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. The deputy cited Sarah Wheeler. 24, for Driving while License Suspended and No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a 911 call from a female subject in Boardman with the female advising, “I’ll call you back.” When recontact was made, a male subject answered and advised a small argum ent ensued but that everything was okay now; he then put the female subject on the line who adv ised kids were playing with the phone and that everything was okay.
