that a suspicious van had
stopped on Friday and was the
same description from an

that a female subject tried to

UPRR to remove a subject
who jumped into a car when a
train was leaving the Hinkle
Yard. UPRR called back and
advised to disregard the report;
it was taken care of.

request for a deputy contact

Sheriff’s Office that Morris
Roy Sam, 4 1. was arrested on
an Irrigon Justice Court

report from a caller from the
Shell station in Lexington that
a deputy requested telephone
contact if subjects returned. A

and cited a juvenile for Failure

Passenger. Rodarte was also
arrested on a Morrow County

Houghton Elem entary in
Irrigon that a male juvenile
was riding his bike in the
parking lot without a helmet.
The caller asked him to leave
but he refused. The caller
called back and said the
juvenile left. A deputy advised
he will speak with the juvenile.

for Failure to Use Seat Belt.
-MCSO received a
request for a deputy contact
from a caller in Heppner to
report a trespasser on his
father’s property. The caller
wanted the trespasser cited.

Police Dept, received a report
from a caller of four bales of
hay blocking the intersection
o f W ilson and Main in
Boardman. An officer was
unable to locate the hay.

Police Dept, received a report
from the Good Shepherd
Medical Center emergency
room that a 17-year-old
juvenile male came in to the
ER with a broken jaw and said
that he was jumped by four
subjects near the elementary
school in Boardman.
