Behav ioral H ealth was advised and had already issued a com m it m ent order for the caller. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact in Irrigon regarding a lost passport. -M C SO , B oardm an ambulance received a request for an am bulance at D odge C ity Inn for a custom er w ho was having a seizure. The boat w as located and tow ed into the marina. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from Oregon State Po lice that LeRoy Rea, 45, was arrested on a H eppner Justice C ourt w arrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Criminal Trespass II, and on local charges. Rea was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C S O , H e p p n e r Fire D ept, received tw o re ports from callers in H eppner o f a strong burning odor, but no sm oke seen. It w as deter m ined all was okay. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report o f several subjects fighting in the Boardm an Sentry M arket parking lot. Units were unable to locate any subjects. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that his neighbor’s dog cam e into his yard and attacked his dog. -M C S O , U C S O , O re g o n S ta te P o lic e , B oardm an Police Dept, re ceived a report from a caller that her and her boyfriend w ere attem pting to repossess a vehicle and several male sub jects w ith weapons had them blocked in. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner o f loud music coming from the bowling alley or the tavern. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in Boardman o f a vehicle speed ing on Kunze Road. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon w ho had filed a stolen bike report in July advised that the people w ho stole it said they w ere not giving it back and were going to sell it for $75. -M C S O , U C S O , O re g o n S ta te P o lic e , B oardm an Police Dept, re ceived a report from a caller that people cam e to take a vehicle but didn’t have papers. T he people w ere asked to leave but "then the people start ed fighting. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Wallowa that his wife was missing from Irrigon. The caller said he last spoke to her several days ago and she advised she w as go ing to OHSU. OHSU advised she had not checked in today. The caller was unable to con tact his w ife by phone or cell phone. The caller is a long- haul truck driver and had not been hom e for awhile. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from B utte, M ontana that R andolph M orris Scott, 44, w as arrested on an extra ditable circuit court warrant for C rim inal N on-Support. He was lodged at the Butte Coun ty Jail. -M C SO received an abandoned 911 call from a lo cation in Irrigon. Aug. 5: M C SO dep u ty c ite d J u a n M a n u e l Rodriguez, 24, for Assault IV, a n d c ite d J u a n M a n u e l Rodriguez Ruelas, 47, for A s sault IV. -M C S O receiv ed a report from Hermiston Police D e p t, th a t N e a l D a lto n Randolph, 21, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court w ar rant for F ailure to A ppear/ D riving w hile L icense Sus pended. He w as cited and re leased. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f tw o young fem ale subjects on Highway 74 head ed tow ards L exington w ho were attempting to hitchhike. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner o f a theft o f tools and m iscel laneous item s from a storage van. A suspicious vehicle was seen headed tow ards H igh w ay 74. R obert Leinw eber, 37, was arrested for Burglary II, T heft II, Possession o f a Controlled Substance and Fel on in Possession o f a Firearm. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for an extra patrol in L exington as ju v en iles are driving around and running stop signs. M C SO w ould at tem pt to provide an extra pa trol. -M C S O deputy ad vised he cam e upon a m otor vehicle accident involving a pickup that w as totaled. No one w as a ro u n d . A U SFS em ployee had picked up the driver and dropped him o ff at his hom e. The em ployee ad vised it appeared the driver had been drinking. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a request for contact in Irrigon regard ing citing the neighbors for loud music. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f a vehicle parked at the Heppner City Park and the owner was sleeping in the ve hicle. It was advised the ow n er had no license and m ay be DUII if she drives. - M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report o f a disabled vehicle on 1-84 westbound. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in lone that a male subject sold her a piece o f furniture but never gave it to her. -M C SO deputies cit ed Amanda Nicole Fitzgerald, 20, for Driving while License Suspended I. The vehicle was towed. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that a pellet w as shot into a door casing. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Lexing ton that he found several items. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller that her ex- husband w as threatening to * throw her things outside if she did not return hom e in four hours. -M C S O , H e p p n e r Fire Dept, received a report o f a fire by Jones Hill. It was determ ined there w ere three fires. The fires were put out by the rain. -M C S O receiv ed a hang-up 911 from a location in Irrigon. It was determ ined to be a misdial. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f an alarm. It was de termined all was okay. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact in Irrigon; the caller wanted to sign a com plaint for dogs at large. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer arrested Richard Tyron Ruiz, 32, on an U CSO warrant for Failure to Appear/ Assault IV. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report o f a b r ie f c a s e f o u n d in Boardman. Aug. 7: M C SO dis patched experienced a b rie f power outage due to the elec trical storm . A ll system s re turned operational. -M C S O receiv ed a relayed request for a w elfare check on the caller’s estranged husband in Irrigon. The caller stated she spoke to her hus band requesting a divorce; he sounded depressed, had been doing drugs and was possibly suicidal. Per deputy check, all was okay. -M C S O d ep u ty re q u e s te d B o a rd m a n C ity W orks be contacted regard ing w ater out in an area in B o a rd m a n . T he c ity w as aw are o f the problem ; it was caused by the electrical storm. -Joseph LaChapelle, 46, w as cited for R eckless Driving. ” -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact regarding a fem ale subject wanting to move from an abu sive situation. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f an alarm at Klamath First Federal in H eppner. It was determined an em ployee accidentally set o ff the alarm. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a records check from Pendleton Recruiting Sta tion for a m ale subject. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that his w ife saw a H ispanic male subject looking into her window at 3 a.m.; he then ran on foot northbound. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e p o r t fro m a c a l l e r in B oardm an o f goats on the property eating trees and the flower garden. -M C S O , O reg o n S ta te P o lic e , Irrig o n and B oardm an am b u lan ces re ceived a relayed report that a m ale subject com m itted sui cide by hanging himself. The m ale subject w as contacted; he advised his w ife called in the report and it was unfound ed. He was only trying to get to H eppner to court. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact from a caller in H eppner re garding a theft that had oc curred. -M C S O , O r e g o n State Police received a report o f a truck tire in the right lane o f 1-84 eastbound. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f tw o m ale subjects cam ping at the Irrigon pum p station; their vehicle had ex pired plates. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in Boardm an that a subject en tered his vehicle from the back window and stole his stereo. -M C S O d ep u ty a r rested C hristopher D ew ayne Schneider, 20, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Fail ure to Pay Fine/Driving while Wednesday, December 10, 2003 - NINE License Suspended. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Lexing ton that two male subjects and one female subject attempted to get an im pounded vehicle out and broke a window. Rob ert Leinweber, 37, was arrest ed for Crim inal M ischief III, C rim in al T resp ass II, and lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. James Gary Johnson, 39, w as arrested on an UCSO warrant for Forged II, Assault II, Theft II. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M CSO deputy cited Ronald Carl Tangsrud, 35, for Maintaining a Dog as a Public Nuisance. -M C SO received a report from a caller in Irrigon who wanted to file harassment charges and have a subject cit ed for dogs. -M C S O received a report from a caller in Irrigon w ho advised a m ale subject w ith an outstanding w arrant was hanging around the call e r ’s brother’s residence. -M C SO received an abandoned 911 call from the M orrow County Fairgrounds. It was unfounded. -M C SO , Boardm an Police Dept, units arrested Floriberta Rangel-Rodriguez, 31, for U nauthorized Use o f M otor Vehicle, Possession o f a Forged Instrum ent II (x2). The subject was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. Joaquin Ledesma Fernandez, 21, was arrested for Unauthorized Use o f a M otor Vehicle, G iving False Information to a Police Officer, and cited for Driving while License Suspended In fraction and N o Insurance, rh e subject was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail.
