bidder for cash, the interest in
the said described real proper­
ty which the Grantor has or had
power to convey at the time of
the execution by him of the said
Trust Deed, together with any
interest which the Grantor or
his successors in interest ac­
quired after the execution of

and by curing any other default

dering the perform ance re­
quired under the obligation or
to cure the default, by paying
all costs and expenses actually
incurred in enforcing the obli­
gation and Trust Deed, togeth­
er with trustee’s and attorney’s
fees. In construing this notice,
the masculine gender includes
the feminine and the neuter, the
singular includes plural, the
word “Grantor” includes any
successor in interest to the
Grantor as well as any other
person owing an obligation, the
performance o f which is se­
cured by said Trust Deed, and
the words “trustee” and “ben­
eficiary” include their respec­
tive successors in interest, if
any. If the Trustee is unable to
convey title for any reason, the
successful bidder’s sole and
exclusive remedy shall be the
return o f monies paid to the
Trustee, and the successful bid­
der shall have no further re­

m ent order for the caller.

was having a seizure. The pa­

on a pickup at their shop.

turbance in progress at the

all was okay.

a stranded boat at B lalock Is­
lands east o f Boardm an. The
boat w as located and tow ed
into the marina.

report from Oregon State Po­
lice that LeRoy Rea, 45, was
arrested on a H eppner Justice
C ourt w arrant for Failure to
Pay Fine/Criminal Trespass II,
and on local charges. Rea was
lodged at the Umatilla County
Jail.

Fire D ept, received tw o re­
ports from callers in H eppner
o f a strong burning odor, but
no sm oke seen. It w as deter­
m ined all was okay.

Police Dept, received a report
o f several subjects fighting in
the Boardm an Sentry M arket
parking lot. Units were unable
to locate any subjects.

report from a caller in Irrigon
that his neighbor’s dog cam e
into his yard and attacked his
dog.

that her and her boyfriend
w ere attem pting to repossess
a vehicle and several male sub­
jects w ith weapons had them
blocked in.

o f loud music coming from the
bowling alley or the tavern.

Boardman o f a vehicle speed­
ing on Kunze Road.

report from a caller in Irrigon
w ho had filed a stolen bike
report in July advised that the
people w ho stole it said they
w ere not giving it back and
were going to sell it for $75.

that people cam e to take a
vehicle but didn’t have papers.
T he people w ere asked to
leave but "then the people start­
ed fighting.

report from a caller in Wallowa
that his wife was missing from
Irrigon. The caller said he last
spoke to her several days ago
and she advised she w as go­
ing to OHSU. OHSU advised
she had not checked in today.
The caller was unable to con­
tact his w ife by phone or cell
phone. The caller is a long-
haul truck driver and had not
been hom e for awhile.

that R andolph M orris Scott,
44, w as arrested on an extra­
ditable circuit court warrant for
C rim inal N on-Support. He
was lodged at the Butte Coun­
ty Jail.

abandoned 911 call from a lo­
cation in Irrigon. It was deter­
m ined to be a misdial.

subjects on Highway 74 head­
ed tow ards L exington w ho
were attempting to hitchhike.

report from a caller in Heppner
o f a theft o f tools and m iscel­
laneous item s from a storage
van. A suspicious vehicle was
seen headed tow ards H igh­
w ay 74. R obert Leinw eber,
37, was arrested for Burglary
II, T heft II, Possession o f a
Controlled Substance and Fel­
on in Possession o f a Firearm.
He was lodged at the Umatilla
County Jail.

request for an extra patrol in
L exington as ju v en iles are
driving around and running
stop signs. M C SO w ould at­
tem pt to provide an extra pa­
trol.

vised he cam e upon a m otor
vehicle accident involving a
pickup that w as totaled. No
one w as a ro u n d . A U SFS
em ployee had picked up the
driver and dropped him o ff at
his hom e. The em ployee ad­
vised it appeared the driver
had been drinking.

for contact in Irrigon regard­
ing citing the neighbors for loud
music.

report o f a vehicle parked at
the Heppner City Park and the
owner was sleeping in the ve­
hicle. It was advised the ow n­
er had no license and m ay be
DUII if she drives.

report from a caller in lone that
a male subject sold her a piece
o f furniture but never gave it
to her.

report from a caller in Irrigon
that a pellet w as shot into a
door casing.

ton that he found several items.

the rain.

power outage due to the elec­
trical storm . A ll system s re­

check on the caller’s estranged
husband in Irrigon. The caller
stated she spoke to her hus­
band requesting a divorce; he
sounded depressed, had been
doing drugs and was possibly
suicidal. Per deputy check, all
was okay.

male subject looking into her

out and broke a window. Rob­
ert Leinweber, 37, was arrest­
ed for Crim inal M ischief III,

lodged at the Umatilla County
Jail. James Gary Johnson, 39,
w as arrested on an UCSO
warrant for Forged II, Assault
II, Theft II. He was lodged at
the Umatilla County Jail.

Maintaining a Dog as a Public
Nuisance.

report from a caller in Irrigon
who wanted to file harassment
charges and have a subject cit­
ed for dogs.
