Wednesday, September 24, 2003 -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner o f an unw anted subject (an e x -re n te r) on th e c a ll e r ’s property and the subject w as not suppose to be there. -M C SO , B oardm an P o lic e D e p t, r e c e iv e d a relayed request for an officer contact in B oardm an for an adult female subject that keeps sneaking onto the m o th er’s property and staying without her permission. -M C SO , B oardm an P o lic e D e p t., B o a rd m a n am bulance received a request for an ambulance from a caller in B oardm an for a 53-year- o ld fe m a le w h o w as not breathing. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from the Albany Police Dept, that Jam es M. It w a s determined to be a false alarm. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner that a store advised her they received a forged check with her nam e on it. T he caller d is c o v e r e d o th e r c h e c k s missing also. -M C SO , Irrigon Fire Dept, received a report o f a burn out o f control at the residence behind a m otel. It w as determ ined the fire w as out. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that he was told a neighbor has a w a r r a n t o u t. It w a s determ ined the subject does have a warrant out on him. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from the W ashington C ounty S h e riff’s office that Lloyd A rthur C ostello, 38, w as arrested on an Irrigon J u stic e C o u rt w a rra n t for F ailure to A p p ear/D riv in g while License Suspended. He was cited and released. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that her friend was getting kicked out o f her residence. -M C S O , O r e g o n State Police, Boardman Police Dept., Boardm an am bulance received a report o f a fight in progress at the Columbia Villa Apartments. Two subjects had been hit by a vehicle. A male and a female were injured; the m ale patient was transported to G ood Shepherd M edical Center in Hermiston. The hom eow ner put out the fire. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request from a caller at the H eppner H igh School for a deputy contact regarding a problem with a student. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact from a caller w ho w anted to file a stalking complaint against a male subject. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact regarding a high school student that ran the stop sign on a school bus. -M C SO , B oardm an P olice D ept, receiv ed tw o hang-up 911 calls from a lo cation in Boardm an. It was determ ined all w as okay. -M C S O receiv ed a com plaint from a caller in Irrigon o f reckless driving on Highway 730. M a y 29: M C S O , Irrigon am bulance received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a 30-year-old fem ale who had severe abdom inal pain. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Cen ter in Hermiston. -M C S O , O r e g o n State Police received a report o f a dead deer in the left lane o f 1-84 w estbound. The deer was rem oved. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in M oses Lake, WA that she received notification from M CSO that her cell phone was recovered.
