He w as lo d g e d at the K la m a th County Jail then released due to overcrowding. -M C SO received a re port from a caller in Heppner that 4-5 m ale subjects w ere throw ing bottles at the Miller building. -Boardman Police Dept, officer cited Juan Manuel Zuniga, 52, for Driving Uninsured. -M C SO received a re port from a caller in Heppner re garding a vandalized vehicle. -M C SO received a re port from The Dalles that K im berly A nn H ixson, 36, w as ar rested on a Morrow County Cir cuit Court warrant for Failure to A ppear/P ossession o f a C on trolled Substance, M anufacture/ D elivery o f a C ontrolled Sub stance, Giving False Information to a Police O fficer and another charge and w as arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court w arrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while License Suspended, Failure to Pay F in e /T h e ft II. S he w as lodged at N O R C O R . -M C SO received a re quest for a background check from Federal Investigations Pro cessing Center on a male subject. -M C SO received a re port from a caller in Irrigon that her father w ent to do errands yesterday and h ad n 't returned. The male subject was found and was not missing. -Boardman Police Dept. pner, Oregon Wednesday, January 1 , 2003 officer cited Todd I lolem an, 39, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 46 m ph in a 30 m ph zone. -M C SO received a re port from the H erm iston Police Dept, that Sheryl L.ynn D uran, 44, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure toA ppear/D U ll. -M C SO received a re port from a caller in Irrigon that several dogs w ere chasing and harassing her neighbor's horses. - M C S O , B o a rd m a n Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that a nam ed m ale subject took their child. It was a possible restrain ing order violation. -M C SO received a re port from Douglas County Sher iff's ( )ffiee that Robert Lauritsen, 31, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure toAppear/Driv ing while License Suspended. He w as cited and released. -M C SO , O regon State Police received a report o f a pickup on H ighw ay 730 w est bound driving erratically. D ec. 5 : Boardm an Po lice Dept, officer cited O scar Cota, 22, for Driving Uninsured and Driving while License Sus pended-M isdem eanor. It w as de termined all was okay; it was kids on the phone. -M C S O d ep u ty cited M onte Charles Emmons, 44, for Violation o f the Basie Rule, 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C S O , Irrigon Fire Dept, received a report from a caller in Irrigon that his neigh b o r's garbage can was on fire and had had a m inor explosion. The caller called back and said the fire was out. -M C SO received a re port from Pendleton Police Dept, that Leigh A. Sanders, 44, was arrested on a H eppner Justice Court w arrant for Failure to Pay Fine Driving while License Sus pended. -Boardman Police Dept, officer arrested Mark Kegler, 47, on an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/Stor- ageofC iarbage. -M C S O dep u ty cited Craig Robert Benjamin, 55, for Improper Display. -M C SO deputy report ed a cow on the road in Irrigon. The owners arrived to m ove the cow. -M C SO , H eppner Fire Dept, received a report from a caller that he was involved in a two-vehicle m otor vehicle acci d e n t at th e g o l f c o u rs e in Heppner. It was a non-injury ac- c id e n t but one v e h ic le w as blocking traffic. -M C SO deputy report ed o fT h e ft II at H uw e’s W ash board. -M C SO , U m atilla Po lice Dept, received a report o f a possible DUII on Highway 730 eastbound. Oregon State Police arrested the subject in Um atilla County. -Boardman Police Dept, officer reported a vehicle block ing a road in Boardm an and re quested that it be tow ed. D e c . 1: M C SO , lone Fire Dept, received a report o f a haystack on fire at Willow Creek Ranch. -M C SO , Dept, o f H u man Serv ices receiv ed a request for contact from a caller in Irrigon regarding her sick granddaugh ter. -M C SO deputy relayed a report o f animal abuse. -M C SO received a re port from a caller in Irrigon o f finding an open door and indica tions o f forced entry at a house for sale in lone. -M C SO received a 911 call from a 5-year-old juvenile in Irrigon w ho reported that his fa ther was punching his mother. It was determined all was okay; the juvenile was practicing calling 911. -M C SO received a re quest for contact regarding a cit izen’s review' committee meeting. -M C SO , O regon State Police received a report from a caller on 1-84 eastbound o f a semi truck cutting in and out o f traffic. -M C SO received a re port from a caller at K egler's Sentry Market in Boardman that a light pole had been struck by a v ehicle. The vehicle then left the scene. The vehicle was missing a hubcap and had grill and head light damage. An Attempt to Lo cate w as sent out. D ec. 2: M C SO re ceived a report from a caller in Irrigon ofloud music coming from his neighbor’s residence. -M C SO received a re port from a caller that her hus band was bitten by the neighbor’s dog. There was no injury. -M C SO received a re port from a caller that he had had a m otor vehicle accident on Baseline and Jordan G rade. It was a non-injury, non-blocking accident. -M C S O , B o a rd m a n Police Dept, received a request for an officer contact regarding a possible child neglect complaint. -M C SO received a re quest for a records check on a m ale subject from the U.S. Army Recruiter in The Dalles. -M C SO received a re port that a vehicle was repos s e s s e d fro m a lo c a tio n in Heppner. -M C SO received a re port o f a found cell phone. -Boardman Police Dept, cited M. Ofelia Zavalza Flores, 29, for A ttractive Nuisance and Scattering o f Rubbish. -M C SO deputy gave a courtesy ride to a female subject to the Irrigon 76 station. -M C S O d e p u ty r e ceived a report o f a deer hit on Highway 74 near Pettyjohn’s in H eppner. T he deer w as d is patched. -M C SO deputy report ed suspicious activity at a resi dence in Irrigon. The residence was thought not to be occupied. It was determ ined the residence was occupied. -M C SO received a re port from a caller that he gave a ride to a teenage fem ale w ho appeared to be high on drugs. Dee. 3: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller at the Boardm an Texaco that the man that works at the station had ruined the call e r ’s tire while trying to fix it. -M C SO received a re port o f a repossessed vehicle. -M C SO received a re layed report from Oregon State Police o f a speeding semi truck on 1-84 westbound. -M C S O deputy cited Bret D. Benzley, 41, for Exceed ing the M axim um Speed Limit, 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO received a re port from H erm isto n P olice D ep t, th a t T h o m a s C h a rle s W addell, 4 5 , w as arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Fail ure to Appear/D riving while Li cense S uspended, and had a Umatilla County hold placed on him . He w as lo d g e d at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO received a re port from a caller that a dog bit her and then defecated in her yard. -M C SO received a re quest for a deputy contact from a caller in Irrigon regarding a ve hicle window that had been bro ken. -M C S O d ep u ty cited Efrain Franco, Jr., 18, for No O p erato r’s License, N o Insur ance, and Failure to Obey Traf fic Control Device. The vehicle w as impounded. -M C SO received a re port o f a repossessed vehicle. -M C SO received a re port from M ilton-Freewater Po lice Dept, that Rick Lee Avery, 35, w as arrested on a M orrow County Circuit Court w arrant for Failure to A ppear/A ttem pted Burglary II, Criminal Mischief II. He was lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. -M C SO received a re port from a caller in Heppner that she left her d riv e r’s license at home. A deputy contact was re quested. -M C SO received a re quest for inform ation on noise o rd in a n c e s from a c a lle r in Heppner. She advised the mill was "blow ing o ff steam ’’ and making a lot o f noise. -M C SO received a re port o f a large branch on 1-84 eastbound at the Port o f M or row exit. The hazard was re moved.
