The Hep pner High baseball team would like to thank all of the parents and community members for their support during the season. We appreciate our crowd support, both at home and on the road. Thank you to the following individuals and businesses who helped with field improvements: Dick Sargent, for your dedica tion to our field. We appreciate the many hours you worked on the water system, the concession stand and equipment shed, in ad dition to mowing and weeding the field. Sam Bellamy, Lexing ton Pump, for electrical work and supplies. Bill Green, C-4 Con struction, grading the road to the ball field. Morrow County Grain Growers for the use of the lawn thatcher. A special thank you to the Heppner High Booster club for purchasing our new uniforms. Thank you Jason Hanna and John McCabe for the many hours you volunteered to help coach. The Heppner Babe Ruth teams would like to give thanks to these organizations for their continued financial support this season: Morrow County Grain Growers, I.O.O.F., Columbia Basin Co-op, B.P.O.E. Lodge #358. We field ed two teams again this season. Without the support from these organizations, this would not have been possible. Thank you to Bobbette Lovgren and Debbie Peck for being the concession stand orga nizers for each team. Thanks to all of the parents who volunteered their time in the concession stand. Thank you to Tim Dickenson, Lonnie Rill, and parents who umpired our games. It is usually a thankless job, but we appreci ate your efforts. Thanks to assistant coaches Kim Gutierrez and Carl Christ man. We would also like to thank Jack Yocom, Dave Allstott, Phil Carlson, Dennis Peck and Jay Coil for your assistance through out the season. The Heppner Baseball golf tournament was a huge success again this year. We would like to thank all of you who helped with and participated in the tourna ment. The real point however, is that the community had a great time and we had a wonderful turn out.
