The Morrow County FSA Office is accepting applications for a Temporary Program Technician. Salary: $9.42/hr. The position involves light office duties, typing, filing, answering phones and operation of office equipment including computer operation. Assist with Farm Pro gram operations in the office. Michael Anthony Mulliken, 18, was arrested for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, criminal mischief I and criminal mischief III. -MCSO deputy arrested Adam Wayne Oren, 21, for pointing a firearm at another, unlawful use of a firearm, reckless endangerment, and menacing. -MCSO received a call from Heppner that the local dog was barking again. -MCSO deputy arrested Kevin Haskel Bond, 19, for failure to appear/criminal mischief II. He was taken directly in front of Judge Gray, arraigned and remained in custody.
