Subjects were contacted and all was determined to be okay. -MCSO deputies cited a sub ject for No Operator’s License, No Insurance, Careless Driving and other charge. The vehicle was impounded. Maria De Jesus Cardenas, 32, was cited for Per mitting Unlawful Operation of a Motor Vehicle. -MCSO, Boardman Ambu lance received a request for an ambulance to the Nomad Restau rant in Boardman for a 55- year- old male with chest pains. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd M edical Center in Hermiston. -Oregon State Police re ceived a report of a disabled ve hicle with two females and a small child flagging down motorists. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a car alarm going off in Boardman. It was a false alarm. March 5: MCSO received a request for deputy contact at Co lumbia Middle School regarding issuing a citation to a juvenile for assault. -Heppner Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer contact regarding restraining or der questions. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman of an open back door at a residence where no one was supposed to be. It was determined all was okay; the owner was home. -MCSO received a report of a possible case of animal abuse regarding a juvenile and a dog. -MCSO received a report from Stanfield Police Dept, that Joseph Bart Corliss, 35, was ar rested on a Morrow County Cir cuit Court warrant for Failure to A ppear/Fraudulent Use o f a Credit Card and Theft II. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $20,000 bail. -Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer contact in Boardman regarding the caller’s daughter being in a fight at school. -MCSO received a report from Grant County that James E. May, Jr., 35, was arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/ Menacing, Harassment and Tele phonic H arassm ent. He was lodged at the Grant County Jail with $20,000 bail. -MCSO received a report of a large animal on 1-84 westbound. The animal was located later at a different milepost. -MCSO received an anony mous call reporting a male sub ject with warrants against him staying at a residence in Lexing ton. Frank Davis Ayers, 51, was arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Assault IV, Harass ment, a Lane County warrant for Failure to Appear/DUII and Kla math Falls warrant for Failure to Appear/Assault IV, Failure to Appear/Harassment, and other warrants. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $20,000 bail. March 6: MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report from a caller-traveling east on I- 84 that at the Biggs Junction over pass he heard what sounded like a gunshot. He related that when he got to Rufus, he discovered that his back window was broken out with a hole that looked to be caused by a bullet. He continued home to Pendleton. -Boardman Police Dept, of ficer cited Laurel Groce, 36, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 52 mph in a 30 mph zone. -MCSO received a request from a caller at the Cenex station in Lexington to ban a male sub ject from the premises. The call er reported the subject used foul language, violent speech and raised his fists to her. -Boardman Police Dept, of ficer arrested Scott Ray Bass, 19, on an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/MIP. He was cited and released. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that a pack of dogs killed her goat and she is concerned about the safe ty of her children. -MCSO deputy cited Tamara 1 Lea Bellew, 31, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 68 mph in a 55 mph zone and Failure to Yield Right of Way. -MCSO received a request from the U.S. Army for a records check. -MCSO received a report from a caller that he saw four- eight calves dumped on Frontage Road east of the county gravel pit. He said he’d seen a similar inci dent in the Hermiston news. -MCSO, Oregon State Police, Umatilla Police Dept, received a report of an alarm at a residence in Irrigon. The front door was found unsecured and the residents cleared. The residence was checked and all was okay. -M CSO, UCSO, Oregon State Police, Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a sto len pickup spotted on Highway 207 headed south. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle. A handgun was spotted in the pick up. -MCSO deputy cited Amber Lee McClain, 23, for Violation of the Basic Rule 34 mph in a 20 mph zone. -MCSO deputy cited a male juvenile for Violation of the Ba sic Rule, 34 mph in a 20 mph zone and No Operator’s License. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that his checkbook and cash were stolen sometime the previous night. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller at the Boardman Trail Apartments o f a 14-year-old fighting with her mother. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact regarding an abandoned vehicle on the caller’s property in Boardman. -MCSO received a report from a caller that a male subject walked into the Lexington Fire Dept. Auxiliary meeting and ac cused the group of trespassing then said he knew where they lived. -Oregon State Police re ceived a report from a caller on 1-84 eastbound of a vehicle on the shoulder; a man underneath ap peared to be fixing something but his legs were on the fog line caus ing a hazard. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Heppner that a vehicle with one headlight was driving in her pasture. The vehi cle was located; the driver had gone through a fence and worked out an agreement to repair the fence. Another caller also report ed this incident. March 7: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a complaint from the Riverfront Lodge in Boardman of suspicious activity in the area. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman of a 35-year- old female who was cold, weak and had clammy skin. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon of a do mestic dispute. A female subject in a car hit a tree and tried to run over a male subject who was on foot. -MCSO received a report of an injured deer wandering around Balm Fork Canyon Road. -MCSO deputy cited Jose De Jesus Macias-Garcia, 36, for Vi olation of the Basic Rule, 42 mph in a 20 mph zone (school zone). -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon of a stray dog hanging around the caller’s property. The dog appeared to be ill and the children were afraid to play outside. -MCSO received a report from Hermiston Police Dept, that Paul William Snow, 38, was ar rested on a Morrow County Cir cuit Court warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $20,000 bail. -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report from a caller in Irrigon of a semi truck and car motor vehicle accident. The ac cident was blocking a westbound lane of traffic. No transport was made. -MCSO, Boardman Ambu lance received a request for an am bulance from a caller in Boardman for a three-year-old who had a high temperature and was unresponsive. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a hang-up 911 call from an apartment in Boardman. i On call-back, a female advised everything was okay but the tone o f voice indicated otherwise. Fawn Sharee Cate, 32, was cited for Harassment. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that a female had talked trash and as saulted the caller about 20 min utes earlier. -MCSO received a request for officer contact from a caller in Boardman regarding her daughter being harassed by an other female. -MCSO received a report from Beaverton Police Dept, that Rand Leal Graham, 47, was cit ed and released to appear on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Resisting Ar rest and Disorderly Conduct. -MCSO received a report of an audible alarm at a residence in Irrigon. It was a false alarm caused by a problem with the sys tem. March 8: MCSO deputies cited Charles S. L. DeLarm, 24, for DUII (BAC .25) and No In surance. The vehicle was im pounded. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon of her res idential alarm going off and a win dow broken. -Heppner Police and Fire depts. received a report from a caller in Heppner of flames on Court Street in front of the court house that were higher than the rooftops. It was a controlled bum. -MCSO, H eppner Police Dept, received a report from the Cenex station in Lexington that a male subject had been thrown out; there was no problem yet but he had threatened workers. Richard Glover Peck, 66, was cited for Criminal Trespass II with $ 1,500 bail. -Oregon State Police re ceived a report of a residential panic alarm in Irrigon. It was de termined that the residents who registered with the alarm compa ny moved and took all the equip ment with them, leaving only wires. -MCSO, Oregon State Police, Irrigon Ambulance received an incomplete open-line 911 call from a residence in Irrigon. Recontact was attempted when the connec tion appeared severed. It was determined the call was unfound ed. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact regarding someone having some o f her daughter’s clothing and wouldn’t return them. -MCSO, Boardman Police and Fire depts., Boardman Am bulance participated in a mock motor vehicle accident at River side High School in Boardman. -MCSO deputy cited Dale Jolly for Violation of the Basic Rule, 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO, Heppner Public Works received a report from a caller in Heppner who had a leaky pipe and needed the water turned o ff. -MCSO deputy cited Drew Hulse for Violation of the Basic Rule, 82 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman of a domestic disturbance with two minor chil dren at the residence. -Boardman Public Works re ceived a report of bags of leaves on Paul Smith Road causing a traffic hazard. March 9: MCSO received a report from the Ashland Police Dept, that Michael Joseph White- head, 20, was arrested on a Mor row County warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while License Suspended. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. -MCSO deputy cited and re leased Mauricio Olvera Solis, 20, for Sex Abuse III (x2) and Crim inal Trespass II. His vehicle was impounded. -Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from Dodge City Inn that a theft occurred from a customer’s boat that was parked in front of the inn. -Heppner Police Dept, re ceived a report from a caller in Heppner that his vehicle was missing when he went to go to work. The vehicle was later lo cated. -MCSO deputy cited Fran cisco Garcia-Sota, 24, for Viola tion of the Basic Rule, 84 mph in a 55 mph zone. The caller called back and said the subject left. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that someone was dumping garbage near a dumpster. -MCSO, Heppner Ambu lance received a request for an am bulance from a caller in Heppner for a 78-year-old female with a severe nosebleed. The pa tient was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Lexington of a dump truck speeding through town. The driver was contacted. -MCSO deputy arrested Aleea Ann Strouse on a Heppner Justice Court warrant. A door was open but it was determined all was okay. -MCSO received a report from a caller that her vehicle was struck by a rock thrown from the Boardman overpass. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman of a domestic dispute at an apartm ent in Boardman. -MCSO received a report from Umatilla Police Dept, that Arthur Paul Richards, 37, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Sus pended. -MCSO, Heppner Police and Fire depts., Heppner Ambulance received a report from a caller in Heppner of a one-car motor ve hicle accident, a possible rollover, near the fairgrounds and grade school.
