Feb. 26: MCSO received a report from Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office that Amethyst Maki, 23, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Theft 111. Maki was lodged at the Jefferson County Jail. -MCSO, Boardman Ambu lance received a request for an ambulance for a 72-year-old man in Boardman having difficulty breathing and chest pains. Sev eral nitroglycerine pills had been taken, with no effect. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a request for of ficer contact from a caller in Boardman regarding someone stalking/threatening her. -M CSO , Boardm an Fire Dept, received a report o f a small field fire in Boardman. It was determined to be part of a con trolled bum that took place the previous day. -MCSO received a report from a business in Boardman that a 10-year-old attempted to steal candy. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a hang-up 911 call from a residence in Boardman. It was determined to be phone prob lems. -MCSO received a request for an ambulance for a juvenile with a possible broken wrist and another juvenile with possibly bro ken fingers. It was determined all was okay and the building was secure. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact regarding a stray adult pit bull staying near the caller's residence. -MCSO received a request for a welfare check from a caller in Washington whose son had run away. The son was found with his mother in Boardman and trans ported to the Boardman Police Dept. The father advised that he had made arrangements to pick up his son. -Heppner Police Dept, of ficer cited Sarah Jaylene Yankee, 19, of Heppner for Driving while License Suspended. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that her vehicle was dam aged in her driveway. -MCSO received a report of a panic alarm at a residence in Irrigon. It was a false alarm. -MCSO received a report that Ross Carlyle Van Etta, 21, was arrested on a Parole and Proba tion Sanction/Possession o f a Controlled Substance. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a report of a male subject having a seizure and drifting in and out of con sciousness. There was no answer upon recontact. Feb. 28: MCSO deputy cited Martha Ramirez Ramirez, 26, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. -lone EMTs, Heppner Ambu lance received a request from lone for an ambulance for a 61- year-old male having difficulty breathing and having a seizure. The patient was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner. -MCSO received a report from a 19-year-old male who was having chest and neck pain and was incoherent. No ambulance transport was made. -MCSO received a request for a background check on four subjects. No record of the sub jects was found. -MCSO, Heppner ambulance received another report from the 19-year-old male whose heart was racing and chest hurt. The patient was transported to Pio neer M em orial H ospital in Heppner. -M CSO deputy arrested Esequel Martinez, 30, on a Mor row County Circuit Court warrant for Manufacture of a Controlled Substance (x4). Possession of a Controlled Substance (x4) and Frequenting. -MCSO deputies, Oregon State P olice arrested Jam es Liggett, 28, on a Corrections De partment warrant for Escape. She was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with no bail. -MCSO deputy cited Adam Keith Stephan, 28, for Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 82 mph in a 65 mph zone and No Operator’s License. -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report from a caller in Heppner whose son was acting “psychotic” and was possible sui cidal. The caller stated the male subject had been taken to Pioneer Memorial Hospital earlier in the day and had been released. The patient was transported to Pio neer M em orial H ospital in Heppner. March 1: MCSO received a report from Portland Police Dept, that Henry Williford, 66, was ar rested on a Morrow County war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/An gling in Prohibited Area. -Boardman Police Dept, of ficer advised he was responding to a location in Boardman where a car alarm was going off. -MCSO received a report from Hermiston Police Dept, that Joe Rene Gutierrez, 24, was ar rested on a Morrow County war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driv- ing while License Suspended. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon who had received harassing mail. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact from a caller in Boardman regarding juveniles playing football in the street. -M CSO , H eppner Police Dept, received a report from the Mt. Glen Apts, in Heppner that som eone was driving on the grass. -MCSO, ODOT, Looslie’s Tow received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Clark’s Can yon Road. It was a non-injury, non-blocking accident. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a stray dog at a residence in Boardman. -MCSO received a report that John Bradley Coen, 32, was ar rested on a Parole and Probation Sanction/Non-Compliance. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a report of three bulls out on West Wilson Road in Boardm an. W hen checked, the cattle were back in. -MCSO received a report from Pendleton Police Dept, that Marcie Ann Conrad, 24, was ar rested on a Morrow County war rant for Parole Violation/Assault IV. She was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $ 10,000 bail. -Heppner Police Dept, offic er cited Charles Morris for Crim inal Mischief. -MCSO received a report that someone backed into the caller's semi at the Boardman 76 station. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that someone took his stereo speak ers from his porch. He said they were bound for the dumpster, but he didn’t like the principle of someone stealing. -M CSO, M orrow County Behavioral Health, Imgon Ambu lance received a report from a caller in Irrigon of an assault in progress. The caller said his ex- wife had a coffee cup and he re quested officers come to the lo cation. Carolyn Mary Bell. 46, was arrested for Assault II and lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with S I2,500 bail. -O regon State Police re ceived a report of an animal earner on 1-84 eastbound causing a traf fic hazard. Another caller advised that there was an animal in the carrier. March 2: MCSO. Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a possible DUII with four individ uals acting suspiciously. It was not a DUII. Rodrigo Rodriguez, 27, was cited for Criminal Mischief II. -Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a vehicle driv ing through a park in Boardman with loud music blaring. The call er wanted to sign a citation. -MCSO, Irrigon Fire Dept., Irrigon Ambulance received a report from a caller in Irrigon of an undercarriage fire. The vehi cle was in the driveway and full of gasoline; the residence was threatened. -MCSO, Heppner, Lexington and lone Fire depts. Received a report from a caller in Lexington of a wood stove fire; the back wall was threatened. -Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a caller in Boardman of an abandoned ve hicle that had been at that loca tion for five to six months. -Boardman Police and Fire depts. received a report o f a pos sible out-of-control field fire in Boardman. It was determined to be a controlled bum; all was okay. -MCSO received a report of a vehicle parked in an area in Irrigon for several nights. The caller thought it might be aban doned. -MCSO received a hang-up 911 call from a residence in Irrigon. It was determined that the resident misdialed a number. -MCSO received a report from Astoria Police Dept, that Cheri Ann Sink, 30, was arrested on a M orrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Ap- pear/Contempt of Court. She was cited with $37,000 bail and re leased due to overcrowding. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact at Irrigon Sentry Market regarding employ ee theft. -O regon State Police, Heppner Police Dept, received a report of three juveniles on top of the Willow Creek Dam. -MCSO received a report from the Nomad Restaurant in Boardman o f three males en gaged in an altercation that could have become physical. Officers were unable to locate the sub jects. -M CSO d eputies cited Alexander Edward McDonald, 44, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO received a report from Sweet Home Police Dept, that Jose Angel Rodriguez, 30, was arrested on Morrow County Circuit Court warrants for Parole Violation/Criminal Mischief I and Possession o f a Controlled Sub stance, C Felony. He was lodged at the Linn County Jail with $10.000 bail. -MCSO deputy cited a sub ject for No Operator’s License and No Insurance. -M CSO deputies arrested Robert Gene Morley, 33, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Assault IV, Failure to Appear/Menacing/Ha- rassment and arrested for Pos session o f a Controlled Sub stance-2. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $37,500 bail. -MCSO deputy cited Kyle Lawrence Homer, 18, for Viola tion of the Basic Rule, 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. March 3: MCSO. Boardman Police Dept, received a report of an alarm activation at a residence in Irrigon. The homeowner called in the activation to the alarm com pany as she had noticed that her motion detection light was on. Officers were unable to locate any activity. -MCSO deputy cited Victor Hugo Ramirez Vega. 21. for DUII (BAC .16). The vehicle was im pounded. -MCSO received a report from Hermiston Police Dept, that Jesus Martin Roa. 20, was arrest ed on a Morrow County warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Suspended Infrac tion, No Insurance and Failure to Renew with $510 bail. -Heppner Police Dept, re ceived a report from a caller in Heppner of a dog hung up on a fence at a residence in Heppner and the doors to the residence w ide open. The call was unfound ed. -Boardman Police Dept, of ficer cited Richard M arcelle Erevia, 26. for DUII (BAC .22). and Driving while License Sus pended Misdemeanor. I -Imgon Ambulance received a report from a caller that a male subject was unresponsive and having seizure activity. The sub ject had a head injury in 1985. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a hang up 911 call in Boardman. On at tempted recontact, only heavy static was heard. It was deter mined that there was not a work ing phone at the location. -Boardman Police Dept, of ficer cited a subject for sound amplification. -MCSO received a report that a missing juvenile was found and returned to parent. -M CSO deputy arrested Christopher Paul Lockridge, 20, on a Multnomah County warrant for Delivery o f Less that One Oz. Marijuana. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $ 1,234 bail. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Lexington that she found her dog dead by the back fence. The dog had possibly been poisoned. The caller thought she knew who did it. -MCSO received a request for a contact regarding re-ener gizing a transformer at a location in Boardman. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon who was concerned as her father would not let her mother and two younger sisters out of the residence. Jose Luis Renteria, 37, was arrested for Assault IV Domestic Felony. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $ 10,500 bail. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report o f a hold up alarm in Boardman. The alarm was accidentally set off. -MCSO received a report of a motion detector alarm at A.C. Houghton in Irrigon. Two female subjects not familiar with the code were at the location. -Heppner Police Dept, re ceived a report from a caller in H eppner who said som eone called his residence and asked about a drug party. -MCSO received a report of a vehicle stuck in snow on USFS Road 21. The caller requested that his father be contacted to pull his vehicle out. -MCSO, Boardman Police and Fire depts. received a report of a house fire in Boardman. It was determined a hot tub against the house was on fire. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact at Potlatch. Trespassers had been detained. The subjects were warned not to trespass. -MCSO received information pertaining to possible animal abuse/excessive animals at a lo cation in Boardman. -Boardman Police Dept, of ficer cited Francisco Muniz, 25, for DUII (BAC .18), Driving while License Suspended/lnfrac- tion and No Insurance. The vehi cle was impounded. March 4: MCSO received a report of a single vehicle rollover into the ditch on 1-84. The vehi cle was located on an off-ramp. -Heppner Police Dept, re ceived a report from a caller in Heppner that an intoxicated fe male had entered his apartment and refused to leave. It was de termined the subject was in the wrong apartment. -MCSO deputy cited Cindy Lee Tift, 35, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 78 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO deputy cited John Michael Thorp. 44, for Violation of the Basic Rule. 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report from Irrigon that the c a ller’s mother was on the floor and un able to get up. There were no in juries; she had the flu. -MCSO. Oregon State Police receiv ed a report from the Econolodge in Boardman that an intoxicated driver just left on 1-84 westbound. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact from ODOT regarding two motor vehicle ac cidents with ODOT property damage. -MCSO deputy cited Tannis Marie Dickenson, 53, of Irrigon for Theft II. -MCSO received a report of a juvenile driver speeding on Utah Street in Irrigon. -Heppner Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer to check the area behind the hospi tal in Heppner for juveniles light- Continued next page I
