March 6: MCSO, Oregon
State Police received a report
from a caller-traveling east on I-
84 that at the Biggs Junction over­
pass he heard what sounded like
a gunshot. He related that when
he got to Rufus, he discovered
that his back window was broken
out with a hole that looked to be
caused by a bullet. He continued
home to Pendleton.
-Boardman Police Dept, of­
ficer cited Laurel Groce, 36, for
Violation of the Basic Rule, 52
mph in a 30 mph zone.
-MCSO received a request
from a caller at the Cenex station
in Lexington to ban a male sub­
ject from the premises. The call­
er reported the subject used foul
language, violent speech and
raised his fists to her.
-Boardman Police Dept, of­
ficer arrested Scott Ray Bass, 19,
on an Irrigon Justice Court war­
rant for Failure to Pay Fine/MIP.
He was cited and released.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Boardman that a
pack of dogs killed her goat and
she is concerned about the safe­
ty of her children.

He said he’d seen a similar inci­
dent in the Hermiston news.

report of an alarm at a residence
in Irrigon. The front door was
found unsecured and the residents
cleared. The residence was
checked and all was okay.

shoulder; a man underneath ap­
peared to be fixing something but
his legs were on the fog line caus­
ing a hazard.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Heppner that a
vehicle with one headlight was
driving in her pasture. The vehi­
cle was located; the driver had
gone through a fence and worked
out an agreement to repair the
fence. Another caller also report­
ed this incident.
March 7: MCSO, Boardman
Police Dept, received a complaint
from the Riverfront Lodge in
Boardman of suspicious activity
in the area.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a report from a
caller in Boardman of a 35-year-
old female who was cold, weak
and had clammy skin. The patient
was transported to Good Shepherd
Medical Center in Hermiston.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon of a do­
mestic dispute. A female subject
in a car hit a tree and tried to run
over a male subject who was on
foot.
-MCSO received a report of
an injured deer wandering around
Balm Fork Canyon Road.
-MCSO deputy cited Jose De
Jesus Macias-Garcia, 36, for Vi­
olation of the Basic Rule, 42 mph
in a 20 mph zone (school zone).
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon of a stray
dog hanging around the caller’s
property. The dog appeared to be
ill and the children were afraid to
play outside.
-MCSO received a report
from Hermiston Police Dept, that
Paul William Snow, 38, was ar­
rested on a Morrow County Cir­
cuit Court warrant for Possession
of a Controlled Substance. He
was lodged at the Umatilla County
Jail with $20,000 bail.
-MCSO, Oregon State Police
received a report from a caller in
Irrigon of a semi truck and car
motor vehicle accident. The ac­
cident was blocking a westbound
lane of traffic. No transport was
made.
-MCSO, Boardman Ambu­
lance received a request for an
am bulance from a caller in
Boardman for a three-year-old
who had a high temperature and
was unresponsive. The patient
was transported to Good Shepherd
Medical Center in Hermiston.
-MCSO, Boardman Police
Dept, received a hang-up 911 call
from an apartment in Boardman.

o f voice indicated otherwise.
Fawn Sharee Cate, 32, was cited
for Harassment.

from a caller in Boardman that a
female had talked trash and as­
saulted the caller about 20 min­
utes earlier.
-MCSO received a request
for officer contact from a caller
in Boardman regarding her
daughter being harassed by an­
other female.
-MCSO received a report
from Beaverton Police Dept, that
Rand Leal Graham, 47, was cit­
ed and released to appear on an
Irrigon Justice Court warrant for
Failure to Appear/Resisting Ar­
rest and Disorderly Conduct.
-MCSO received a report of
an audible alarm at a residence in
Irrigon. It was a false alarm
caused by a problem with the sys­
tem.
March 8: MCSO deputies
cited Charles S. L. DeLarm, 24,
for DUII (BAC .25) and No In­
surance. The vehicle was im­
pounded.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Irrigon of her res­
idential alarm going off and a win­
dow broken.
-Heppner Police and Fire
depts. received a report from a
caller in Heppner of flames on
Court Street in front of the court­
house that were higher than the
rooftops. It was a controlled bum.
-MCSO, H eppner Police
Dept, received a report from the
Cenex station in Lexington that a
male subject had been thrown out;
there was no problem yet but he
had threatened workers. Richard
Glover Peck, 66, was cited for
Criminal Trespass II with $ 1,500
bail.
-Oregon State Police re­
ceived a report of a residential
panic alarm in Irrigon. It was de­
termined that the residents who
registered with the alarm compa­
ny moved and took all the equip­
ment with them, leaving only
wires.
-MCSO, Oregon State Police,
Irrigon Ambulance received an
incomplete open-line 911 call from
a residence in Irrigon. Recontact
was attempted when the connec­
tion appeared severed. It was
determined the call was unfound­
ed.
-MCSO received a request
for deputy contact regarding
someone having some o f her
daughter’s clothing and wouldn’t
return them.

for Sex Abuse III (x2) and Crim­

ceived a report from Dodge City
Inn that a theft occurred from a
customer’s boat that was parked
in front of the inn.
-Heppner Police Dept, re­
ceived a report from a caller in
Heppner that his vehicle was
missing when he went to go to
work. The vehicle was later lo­
cated.

cisco Garcia-Sota, 24, for Viola­
tion of the Basic Rule, 84 mph in
