Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriffs Office (MCSO) reports handling the following business: -BPD arrested Victor Cuevos Reyes, 27, Boardman, on an Imgon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Failure to Appear, Driving While Suspended. He was cited and released due to overcrowding. -MCSO received request for welfare check from a man on his wife, who he says has a drinking problem. -MCSO received a 911 hang up call in Irrigon with no answer on redial. -MCSO, BPD received report of a possible DU1I. A red vehicle came around a comer and almost flipped the car. -Irrigon Ambulance received report of a male lying face-down in a field near Columbia Middle School. The subject was sleeping. -MCSO, BPD received report from an Irrigon subject that her 15-year-old left the house very intoxicated and was followed by other juveniles, who she believed wanted to hurt him. The juvenile was cited for MIP alcohol. -MCSO, BPD received report from Stanfield Police that they were in pursuit of a Ford pickup headed toward Bombing Range. Subject stopped at the county line and officers were in pursuit on foot. -BPD received report from a male that a female was crying because a male at her place was yelling at her. -Heppner Ambulance received request for a medical transport to the hospital. June 20: Received report from a Boardman woman that her husband's estranged wife just called the residence and threatened to kill him if he didn't meef her. The problem was resolved. -MCSO, OSP received report of an attempted break in. It was an apparent disturbance concerning a male attempting to date a female. -Irrigon Ambulance received request for ambulance for an 88-year-old female with uncontrolled vomiting. Clackamas County officer ar rested Pamela Leslie Henderson, 45, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine. She was lodged at thè Clackamas County Jail with $814 bail. MCSO, Heppner Police Dept, received a request to attempt to located subjects who were be lieved to be cam ping in the Heppner area. Officers were un able to locate the subjects at the Willow Creek campground. MCSO received a report of an audible alarm at Les Schwab in Heppner. All was secure. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a woman that windows had been smashed out of her and her husband’s vehicles. Boardman Police and Fire depts. received a report of a grass fire behind Sandpiper Apts. It was put out. MCSO deputy advised he would be with Services to Chil dren and Families in Irrigon. Boardman Police and Fire depts. received a report of a fire behind Wilson Road Trailer Park. Juveniles were believed to have been involved in starting the fire. MCSO deputy arrested Ross C. VanEtta, 19, on an Irrigon Jus tice Court warrant for Criminal Mischief. He was lodged at the Umatillla County Jail with $6,000 bail. One patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report from a subject that they have a sick pig and will be shooting it. A deputy checked and there were no vehicles or boats at the reservoir, but it looked like someone had just left. MCSO received a request for information from a woman want ing to file a restraining order on her husband. MCSO received a report of gunshots in Boardman and a woman scream ing. Dispatch could also hear gunshots. MCSO arrested Ranulfo Ortega, 33, for Assault IV-Felony, Menacing and Reckless Endangering. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. June 28: MCSO received a request for an officer concerning an earlier fight. MCSO, Oregon State Police, Irrigon Fire Dept., Irrigon ambu lance received a report of a mo tor vehicle accident with injuries involved. One patient was trans ported to Good Shepherd Commu nity Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a request for an officer contact concerning tires slashed in the middle of the night. MCSO received a report of a doe hit near Jordan Elevator. A deputy was going to put the doe down. Oregon State Police received a report of a gravel truck on 1-84 losing gravel with a subject report ing a broken windshield. MCSO, Boardman ambulance received a request for an ambu lance for a woman with breathing problems. There was no transport made. MCSO received a report of cows out on Depot Lane in Irrigon. The owner was notified Heppner Police Dept, received a request for an officer for some one taking a sign that was paid for. Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of a brush fire one mile south of Tower Road. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a possible trespass at a Heppner residence with a male teen and female teen in the hot tub at a vacant residence. Medic 2 received a report of a four year old in Irrigon who fell off the top bunk and had severe pain in his rih area. MCSO received a report of a building on Tower Road almost broken into. MCSO received a report of a camp broken into with items sto len and the front door kicked in. The owner advised he would not go in until deputies arrived to check it out. MCSO, Oregon State Police, Irrigon Fire Dept., Irrigon ambu lance received 911 calls of a two- vehicle accident on Highway 730/ First Street in Irrigon. A six year old female was trapped in the ve hicle. The child and her mother, who passed out from shock, were transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of campers with tents and barbecues on private property. Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambulance received a request for an ambulance for a male subject who was having trouble breathing. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of a grass fire on High way 730. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for a welfare check from a mother who was concerned about her children who were at their father’s in Washing ton. Boardman made contact with the police dept, in that town. June 29: MCSO received a report of a deer hit on 1-84 west bound. A deputy was unable to locate the deeror the vehicle. Hermiston Police Dept, ar rested Joseph Hector Gonzales, 52, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Driving while License Suspended/Felony. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $30,000 bail. MCSO received a report of a motion alarm at Potlatch. The alarm was cancelled. MCSO received a report of an assault. MCSO, Heppner Fire Dept., Heppner ambulance received a report of a motorcycle hit by a pickup approximately two miles out of Cutsforth Park. CPR was in progress, but the subject was deceased. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning dead chick ens at an Irrigon residence. MCSO received a request for assistance from an interpreter in a civil situation that was going bad in Irrigon. MCSO received a request for a deputy from Services to Chil dren and Families at the Irrigon Justice Court. Irrigon Fire Dept, received a request for mutual aid for a brush fire at the Irrigon Wildlife Refuge. Heppner and lone Fire depts. received a report of a fire at Piper Canyon 2-3 miles south of Lex ington. MCSO received t report of a dog bite in Irrigon. The owner was cited. MCSO received a report of a 1,000 lb. bale of hay in the middle of the road at Wilson Road and Laurel Lane in Boardman. MCSO received a report of a child slapped in Irrigon. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of juveniles caught huffing paint at the Trail Apts, in Boardman. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a dog running loose. MCSO received a report from a male subject that his wife got into a confrontation with a male subject in Irrigon and the male slapped her. The woman wanted to press charges. A deputy was unable to locate the subject or his car. MCSO received a report of a deputy assisting in changing a flat tire on 1-84. MCSO received a report of a vehicle broken down in Irrigon. The caller reported several of his friends came by and vandalized it while he hid for his safety and watched. MCSO received a report of an audible burglar alarm at Heppner Elementary School. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning juveniles go ing to the Irrigon Marina. MCSO received a report of possible abuse at a Heppner resi dence. The report was un founded. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a juvenile lo cated. MCSO received a report from a 13 year old female subject that her 12 year old brother who is big ger than she is acting weird and verbally threatening her. The par ents were out of town. MCSO deputy cited Desirae Lynn Humbert, 20, for Criminal Trespass II and MIP Alcohol. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of an audible alarm at Boardman Auto Parts. The building was secure and the owner was at the scene. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of dogs reported earlier barking again.
