Office (MCSO) reports handling

released due to overcrowding.

for welfare check from a man on
his wife, who he says has a
drinking problem.

hang up call in Irrigon with no
answer on redial.

report of a possible DU1I. A red
vehicle came around a comer and
almost flipped the car.

received report of a male lying
face-down in a field near
Columbia Middle School. The
subject was sleeping.

that her 15-year-old left the
house very intoxicated and was
followed by other juveniles, who
she believed wanted to hurt him.
The juvenile was cited for MIP
alcohol.

Range. Subject stopped at the
county line and officers were in
pursuit on foot.

June 20:

that her husband's estranged wife

lance received 911 calls of a two-
vehicle accident on Highway 730/
First Street in Irrigon. A six year
old female was trapped in the ve­
hicle. The child and her mother,
who passed out from shock, were
transported to Good Shepherd
Community Hospital in Hermiston.

a report of campers with tents and
barbecues on private property.

request for an ambulance for a
male subject who was having
trouble breathing. The patient was
transported to Good Shepherd

check from a mother who was
concerned about her children who
were at their father’s in Washing­
ton. Boardman made contact with
the police dept, in that town.
June 29: MCSO received a
report of a deer hit on 1-84 west­
bound. A deputy was unable to

rested Joseph Hector Gonzales,
52, on a Morrow County Circuit
Court warrant for Driving while
License Suspended/Felony. He
was lodged at the Umatilla County
Jail with $30,000 bail.

alarm was cancelled.

unable to locate the subject or his

open and the neighbor was suspi­
cious.
June 30: MCSO received a
report of switched plates in Imgon.
MCSO received a report of a
vehicle broken down in Irrigon.
The caller reported several of his
friends came by and vandalized it
while he hid for his safety and
watched.
MCSO received a report of an
audible burglar alarm at Heppner
Elementary School.
MCSO received a request for
a deputy concerning juveniles go­
ing to the Irrigon Marina.
MCSO received a report of
possible abuse at a Heppner resi­
dence. The report was un­
founded.

ceived a report of a juvenile lo­

a 13 year old female subject that
her 12 year old brother who is big­
ger than she is acting weird and
verbally threatening her. The par­
ents were out of town.

an unknown subject stole money
from the safe at Beecher’s.

a report of several guys dressed
in Army clothing attempting to
waive down drivers at the
Boardman rest area.
MCSO received a report of a
juvenile female at the Imgon Ma­
rina refusing to leave.

a request for an officer concern­
ing a vehicle damaged by juveniles
throwing fireworks.
MCSO received a report of an
erratic driver in Imgon.

suspicious female on Wilson
Road.
July 1: MCSO received a re­
port of an alarm at Huwe’s Wash­
board in Irrigon. It was a false
alarm.
MCSO deputy cited Desirae
Lynn Humbert, 20, for Criminal
Trespass II and MIP Alcohol.
Boardman Police Dept, re­
ceived a report of an audible alarm
at Boardman Auto Parts. The
building was secure and the owner
was at the scene.

a report of dogs reported earlier
barking again.

rest area.

looked like it had been vandalized.

officer was unable to locate any­
one.

young man on a bike almost hit by
a car. A deputy followed the sub­
ject home.
Boardman Police Dept, re­
ceived a report of a stereo left at
Columbia View Apts, that a kid
tried to sell. The seller said the
sterqo was stolen.

ceived a report of a possible DUII
with a driver in a white Ford drink­
ing beer.
MCSO received a report of a
pickup pulling a boat trailer that
lost a wheel.
Oregon State Police received
a report of an erratic driver on I-
84.

two stud horses trying to get in to
a field to get to another horse. The
caller said her husband was try­
ing to fend off the two horses.
