Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s office (MCSO) reports handling the following business: Dec. 14-MCSO received a re port that a girl missing from lone had been located and her parents will bring her home. MCSO received a report that a woman who said she made ar rangements to set up a Christmas tree lot in Boardman says that the people she made the arrange ments with fired her and are threatening to kill her. MCSO received a report of a CB stolen from a vehicle in Imgon. MCSO received a report of a cell phone and binoculars stolen from a vehicle in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a found Rottweiler on Rhea Creek. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report of a window broken and some one apparently broke in at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Boardman. MCSO received a 911 call and when the person was recalled, they hung up. The caller was fi nally contacted and said he tried to dial the 922 prefix for Imgon, but instead dialed 911. MCSO received a report of a suspicious female with a baby carriage on Shoubo Lane. The woman was given a ride to Wil son Road Trailer Court. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report o f a suspicious item in the restroom at the Boardman BP sta tion. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report of someone dumping a novelty decoration in a front yard. MCSO deputy arrested Brandis Leigh Moe, 22, on an Imgon Justice Court warrant for Negotiating a Bad Check. Boardman Police Dept, ar rested three juveniles, 10, 11 and nine, for Burglary II and Theft II. Dec. 15: MCSO received a report of two cows at the Outback Apt. parking lot. MCSO received a report from Columbia Middle School request ing a deputy to oite a juvenile for MIP-Tobacco. MCSO received a report of an alarm at an Imgon residence. It was a false alarm. MCSO received a report of eight semis traveling at a high rate of speed on 1-84 eastbound. MCSO received a report of an animal complaint in Imgon. MCSO dispatched to the Hepp- ner Police Dept, a report of a single vehicle accident in front of the post office by the Christmas tree. There were no injuries in volved. MCSO received a report of a lock cut at the plumbing and irri gation gate. MCSO received a report of someone setting off the fire alarm by accident at SBE. MCSO dispatched to Oregon State Police a request for backup for a trooper on a traffic stop with three males, possibly DUII, under the overpass in Arlington. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept., Board- man ambulance a report of two juvenile males staggering around the Texaco station wearing baggy pants, blue sweatshirts and white t-shirts and baseball caps, yelling obscenities and harassing people. A nother subject was at the dumpster and the others were try ing to get him up. One male was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston with alcohol poisoning. Boardman Police Dept, cited Thomas Martin Bradford, 19, for MIP-Alcohol. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report from a female subject that her boyfriend was assaulted 30 min utes previous to the call by her ex boyfriend. MCSO dispatched to Oregon State Police a report of a suspi cious white El Camino with two males in it and an extra patrol was requested. MCSO d ispatched to the Boardman ambulance a report of a 26 year old man who collapsed and had a seizure and was nause ated. Dec. 16: MCSO received a report of a possible DUII on 1-84, milepost 127. The subject took the Arlington exit. MCSO received a report of a dress missing out of a woman’s closet at the Irrigon Mobile Court. MCSO dispatched to the Hepp- ner am bulance a report o f a woman who had fallen at St. Patrick’s Senior Center and pos sibly broke her hip. The patient was transported to Pioneer Me morial Hospital in Heppner. MCSO deputy and lone Fire Dept, responded to a report of a brown sedan smoldering behind the lone Market. MCSO received a report of a tackle box, fishing poles and two chainsaws missing from a shed in Irrigon. MCSO dispatched to Oregon State Police a report of a maroon Ford Bronco doing 80+ mph on Highway 730 eastbound. MCSO dispatched to Oregon State Police a report of a woman overdue home from w ork at Lamb Weston. Her husband was inquiring about any accidents. MCSO dispatched to Oregon State Police a report from a fe male subject that her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend was at her residence and refusing to leave. MCSO dispatched to Oregon State Police a report of a possible DUII and the subject bought more beer at the Boardman Texaco. MCSO received a request for an officer concerning information on a case of a stolen vehicle. Dec. 17-MCSO received a re port of someone trying to enter the Imgon Learning Center the pre vious night. MCSO received a report of a yard vandalized in Boardman. Lights were taken off the hedges and then strung throughout the yard. MCSO dispatched to the Hepp ner Police Dept, a report of items stolen from Pioneer Memorial Hospital. MCSO dispatched to the Hepp ner Police Dept, a report of an alarm at St. Patrick’s Senior Cen ter. MCSO received a report from a woman in lone who said some one was using her spare key to enter her house and rearrange things while she was gone. Joseph Edward Kindle, 18, was arrested on a warrant for Burglary II. Kindle was lodged at UCSO jail. MCSO received a report of loud music from a vehicle in a neighbor’s driveway. Dec. 18-MCSO received a re port of an alarm at the Chevron station in Boardman. All was se cure. MCSO dispatched to the Hepp ner Police Dept, a report of a miss ing juvenile who snuck out of the house sometime during the night. An APB was sent to Umatilla and Wasco counties. Oregon State Police requested a Boardman Police Dept, officer notify next of kin in a traffic fatal ity on 1-82. The deceased was Aldo Vargas of Boardman. The request was cancelled as his wife was at the Good Shepherd Com munity Hospital emergency room. MCSO received a report of trash all over the road in Irrigon. A trash can fell over and was picked up but people left the trash on the road. Road conditions pre vented a tow from getting there. The caller said she would call a friend to help. The vehicles got unstuck the next day.
