The Morrow County Sheriff’s
office (MCSO) reports handling
the following business:
Dec. 14-MCSO received a re
port that a girl missing from lone
had been located and her parents
will bring her home.
MCSO received a report that
a woman who said she made ar
rangements to set up a Christmas
tree lot in Boardman says that the
people she made the arrange
ments with fired her and are
threatening to kill her.
MCSO received a report of a
CB stolen from a vehicle in
Imgon.
MCSO received a report of a
cell phone and binoculars stolen
from a vehicle in Irrigon.
MCSO received a report of a
found Rottweiler on Rhea Creek.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of a window broken and some
one apparently broke in at Good
Shepherd Lutheran Church in
Boardman.
MCSO received a 911 call and
when the person was recalled,
they hung up. The caller was fi
nally contacted and said he tried
to dial the 922 prefix for Imgon,
but instead dialed 911.
MCSO received a report of a
suspicious female with a baby
carriage on Shoubo Lane. The
woman was given a ride to Wil
son Road Trailer Court.

Boardman Police Dept, a report
o f a suspicious item in the
restroom at the Boardman BP sta
tion.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
of someone dumping a novelty
decoration in a front yard.
MCSO deputy arrested
Brandis Leigh Moe, 22, on an
Imgon Justice Court warrant for
Negotiating a Bad Check.

rested three juveniles, 10, 11 and
nine, for Burglary II and Theft II.
Dec. 15: MCSO received a
report of two cows at the Outback
Apt. parking lot.
MCSO received a report from
Columbia Middle School request
ing a deputy to oite a juvenile for
MIP-Tobacco.
MCSO received a report of an
alarm at an Imgon residence. It
was a false alarm.
MCSO received a report of
eight semis traveling at a high rate
of speed on 1-84 eastbound.
MCSO received a report of an
animal complaint in Imgon.
MCSO dispatched to the Hepp-
ner Police Dept, a report of a
single vehicle accident in front of
the post office by the Christmas
tree. There were no injuries in
volved.
MCSO received a report of a
lock cut at the plumbing and irri
gation gate.
MCSO received a report of
someone setting off the fire alarm
by accident at SBE.
MCSO dispatched to Oregon
State Police a request for backup
for a trooper on a traffic stop with
three males, possibly DUII, under
the overpass in Arlington.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept., Board-
man ambulance a report of two
juvenile males staggering around
the Texaco station wearing baggy
pants, blue sweatshirts and white
t-shirts and baseball caps, yelling
obscenities and harassing people.
A nother subject was at the
dumpster and the others were try
ing to get him up. One male was
transported to Good Shepherd
Community Hospital in Hermiston
with alcohol poisoning.

Thomas Martin Bradford, 19, for
MIP-Alcohol.
MCSO dispatched to the
Boardman Police Dept, a report
from a female subject that her
boyfriend was assaulted 30 min
utes previous to the call by her ex
boyfriend.
MCSO dispatched to Oregon
State Police a report of a suspi
cious white El Camino with two
males in it and an extra patrol was
requested.

Boardman ambulance a report of
a 26 year old man who collapsed
and had a seizure and was nause
ated.
Dec. 16: MCSO received a
report of a possible DUII on 1-84,
milepost 127. The subject took the
Arlington exit.
MCSO received a report of a
dress missing out of a woman’s
closet at the Irrigon Mobile Court.
MCSO dispatched to the Hepp-
ner am bulance a report o f a
woman who had fallen at St.
Patrick’s Senior Center and pos
sibly broke her hip. The patient
was transported to Pioneer Me
morial Hospital in Heppner.

Dec. 17-MCSO received a re
port of someone trying to enter the
Imgon Learning Center the pre
vious night.
MCSO received a report of a
yard vandalized in Boardman.
Lights were taken off the hedges
and then strung throughout the
yard.

stolen from Pioneer Memorial
Hospital.

Joseph Edward Kindle, 18, was
arrested on a warrant for Burglary
II. Kindle was lodged at UCSO
jail.
