Twenty-six young people from the Heppner area parti cipated in the program. All of the junior golfers who parti cipated graduated from the In land Empire Bank and WCCC Junior Golf program. An estimated 60 graduates were expected to compete in the tourney. Instructor was Pete Strawick of Kicks Driving Range and Dee's Golf Shoppe in Umatilla. Colleges list graduates, honors Portland State University Approximately 1,264 stu dents received undergraduate or graduate degrees and cer tificates from Portland State University spring term, 1996. University of Idaho A total of 122 University of Idaho seniors have been honored with membership in Golden Key, general universi ty scholarship and service honorary society. Students must be either juniors or seniors with a minimum grade point average of 3.3 to be eligi ble for membership. Brent Sheirbon of Lexington was inducted into Golden Key.
