The tournament b ro u g h t in approxim ately $1,350 which will go to scholar ships and Heppner youth pro grams. A group of community members put on a special ban q u et honoring V ietnam Veterans during the Alumni Tournament. Prior to the tour nament, the Alumni Associa tion Committee assisted with a youth basketball camp. This year the camp was put on with the proceeds going to the Viet nam Veteran banquet. The Alumni Association Committee would like to thank the com munity members for a suc cessful banquet. We would also like to thank the community and all of those individuals who helped with the tourna ment. It w ouldn't be possible without all of you! Plans for next years tournament will soon be underway. A closeout meeting of this year's tourney will be held Tuesday, Jan. 17, 7:30 p.m. at Columbia Basin. Anyone interested is encourag ed to attend.
