Many of these are parents who also help leaders provide a good learning ex- perience for club members. There are also a large number of people who donate money and materials to the program. Their donations enable the program to provide a recognition program for the youth . To all the volunteers, helpers, donors, everyone who has helped to make the 4-H pro- gram so positive for all youth, the Morrow County Extension office really appreciates you. When the Morrow County Creative Arts and Crafts stancd working in this depanment the Art Department was put in various locations, one of which was among the flowers. A group of the member in the late 1970's under president Sue Duncan, decided the Art Dept. needed a better display area and the use of old board was decid- ed upon . Withthis uniform background everyone' arc was judged on like background. This way no one' art had an advan- tage over another. So the group, , along with Mary Kilkenny and ~le. went to gathering old barn board . Most of those involved still talk of the dirt and work in- volved in the project.
