has helped to make the 4-H pro-
gram so positive for all youth, the

really appreciates you.

ed, making it easier to undersrand

When the Morrow County
Creative Arts and Crafts stancd
working in this depanment the
Art Department was put in
various locations, one of which
was among the flowers.
A group of the member in the
late 1970's under president Sue
Duncan, decided the Art Dept.
needed a better display area and
the use of old board was decid-
ed upon . Withthis uniform
background everyone' arc was
judged on like background. This
way no one' art had an advan-
tage over another. So the group,
, along with Mary Kilkenny and
~le. went to gathering old barn
board . Most of those involved
still talk of the dirt and work in-
volved in the project. The Fair
Board gave a place to put them
up which could be used every
