J. Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, November 18, 1992 - THREE Chamber Chatter Sixth graders learn about companies By Claudia Hughes. Chamber Manager Sometimes change cannot be avoided, so we all just have to look together in the same direc tion and attempt to re-program long ingrained habits. This will be the challenge for Heppner Chamber members beginning in December as they move to Wednesday for the weekly meetings. The change was re quested by the Elks, as they will be closed Tuesdays and open to members and guests for lunch Wed. through Friday. The back room will be renovated for organization meetings, which is where the chamber will be meeting. Start programming now, Decem ber-Cham ber- Wednesday, December-Cham ber-Wednesday. Think about it, mull it over, visit with Gary; this idea could become a reality.
