July K A pot luck dinner was enjoyed Due to the fact that the children of the Harris's were unable to he together to host this affair, neighbors and friends served as hostesses. Beverly W nghi, Norma Crabcr, Judy Stevens and a host of odiers helping out. The rooms were decorated with white streamers and wedding hells serving as background for the lovely three tiered anniver sary cake, decorated w ith pink roses, white Lily of Valley and gold leaves The cake top was a heart shaped golden wire w ith gold and white lace on a small pedestal of crystal with 50 years in gold, and hanging from the center the two golden wedding rings The service was silver with silver serving dishes, and a crystal punch howl with pink punch, carry ing out the honorces favorite color ofpmk Pouring were Hilecn Saling.
