Listeria, and other harmful bacteria hxc in the intestinal tracts o f animals These bacteria can be present on the rase meal, poultry. seafood and eggs that see buy T radical ion o f all harm ful bacteria is simply not povsible Education o f consumers is the key to prevent spread o f dangerous bacteria It's important to wash hands and utensils with soap and hot water for 20 seconds after handling raw animal products Work surfaces should be washed with soap & ho« water followed by disinfection with a dilute chlorine and water rinse.
