January 8. in the first league game o f the season The night was cold and blizzardinjt but the game proved to be a good one fo r the Cards The first quarter pro ved to be a cold one for both teams w ith lone leading b-2 Willow Creek Country Club holds annual meeting W illow Creek Country Club w ill hold its annual general membership meeting on Monday. January 25 af 7:30 p m. in the Columbia Basin Electric conference room On the agenda for the evening w ill be the election o f officers and ap proval o f the 1488 budget Electrolysis & Thermolysis Permanent Hair Removal Ume came out in the second quarter playing probably the best quarter o f the season outscoring Echo 12-3 and took an 18 5 halftime lead Sophomores Amy Wagenblast and Jo Cuppa led the Cards in scor ing w ith Wagenblast scoring 10 points and Cupps scoring 8 points Wagenblast also pulled down a game high 5 rebounds Echo nearly caught up in the fourth quarter cutting the lead to 3 but d id n 't have enough left to pull ahead The Cougars went 8 24 from the free throw line while lone went 6-15. lone w ith its win look over first place in the Big Sky Cimference with a record o f I -0 in the league and 1-5 for the season irrv M I app, ) I I *.
