Heppner Chamber of Com m erce, Methodist Church member, church hoard, Heppner Senior Citizens Ciroup. taking meals to shut ins. helping with and par licipating in the Morrow County Lair Also at one lime she taught in Heppner schools ,md was City Librarian She continued to support the library in later years Another ot Justine's eery un selfish contribu lions was tutoring children in the area, one being a I aotian girl that lived with her for a time Justine was also known for her w ork at the G azette Tim es newspaper Her column.
