Route 2 Bos 3-B, Echo, was found passed out in the front seat of his truck, lights out and motor shut off, by Ir rigon Police Officer Rob Elkins and Chief Steve Mackey upon in vestigating the vehicle After arousing the suspect, he became abusive and was cited for disorderly conduct, driving while suspended, and resisting arrest, ac cording to Chief Mackey Before being transfered to Dcpu ty Sheriff Gary Warren's Patrol car for the trip to the Umatilla police department for an minxilizcr lest. Evans proceeded to kick out the rear window on the drivers side of officer Elkins' patrol car He was then cited for criminal mischief. A nine hour country western jam session was held Sunday for three month old Corrin Warr, a cystic fibrosis (C.F.) victim She won the hearts of the manager and employees at Paul's Inn of the Road,in Irrigon Her plight stirred them to give an open invitation to bands and musicians to help put on a benefit to raise funds for her family.
