Heifers don't show the same increase, mainly due to the fact that we didn't have the large quality consignments of heifers that we did steers. Cows held steady to slightly stronger. The market looks good for the special feeder and bred heifer sale to be held here Monday, January 26th, at 1 :00 p.m. This sale is sponsored by the Union County Livestock Assn. and has some quality consignments including over 300 bred heifers. 240 of which are white face heifers bred to a longhom bull.
