The Smiths' second son was born on his brother's birth day, Oct. 13. Bill Turney also Joined the Morgan family while they wewre here. Last Saturday two young men dressed like Hippies drove Into Lonerock from Portland. They had a large van loaded with furniture and wanted to get a wood burning stove. They look ed thru the windows of all the empty houses and then left town by request. Jim Ilea ton from Portland was an elk hunter this week end but as usual had no luck. GAZETTE-TIMES
