form, was duly certified, and
was accompanied by a good and
sufficient undertaking, which
undertaking on said day was
approved by the Court; and It
further appearing that on said
September 1, 1971, the Court
herein made its order lixing a
time and place for a first hear
ing on said petition, and direct
ed the County Clerk of Morrow
County, Oregon, to give notice
of such hearing by publication
as required by law, and It fur
ther appearing that such notice
duly was given and published
in the form and for the time
required by law, and proof of
such notice

end at the cabin on Brown
Creek. The Smiths' second son
was born on his brother's birth
day, Oct. 13. Bill Turney also
Joined the Morgan family while
they wewre here.
Last Saturday two young men
dressed like Hippies drove Into
Lonerock from Portland. They
had a large van loaded with
furniture and wanted to get a
wood burning stove. They look
ed thru the windows of all the
empty houses and then left
town by request.
Jim Ilea ton from Portland
was an elk hunter this week
end but as usual had no luck.
