They voted in two members as well as re instating others. Those present for this meeting were T. L. Men sencer. Sr.. Cecil Jones, Gene Cole, L. D. Vinson, A. F. Ma leske. Joe Yocom. and Archie Munkers. Refreshments were served jointly following the meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Dick Barnett of Richmond, Calif., visited at the Kenneth Klinger home last week with Mr. Barnett and Mrs. Klincer's mother Mrs. Alean Calvin. Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Messenger Sr., were Portland visitors at the home of Carroll Messenger over the weekend. Mrs. Lewis poured coffee and Mr. Margaret Akers served Ihe punch Archie Redding Passes Archie Redding of Ellensburg, died Oct. 17 at Haven House Nursing Home. He wa born March 19, 1877, In Brownington, Mo., and home steaded In the Smyrna. Wn ar ea In Ihe early liKWs. Ho was a prospector In the Swauk, Wa., area for iO years. Mr. Redding is survived by five nephews: Boyd Redding of Los Angeles, Ca., Leo and Ma son Redding, Montana, Howard Haverlund of Montrose, Colo., and Mason Haverland, Lincoln, Neb.; two nieces, Alena Ander son, Heppner, ore., and ttnei Fehrman of Pendleton, Ore. The Ervin Andersons drove to Yakima Thursday, where they met Doe Martin, who flew up from Portland. They attended the funeral of Mrs. Anderson's uncle, Archie Redding, In El lensburg Friday.
