in two members as well as re
instating others. Those present

Munkers. Refreshments were
served jointly following the
meeting.

Archie Redding of Ellensburg,
died Oct. 17 at Haven House
Nursing Home.
He wa born March 19, 1877,
In Brownington, Mo., and home
steaded In the Smyrna. Wn ar
ea In Ihe early liKWs. Ho was
a prospector In the Swauk, Wa.,
area for iO years.
Mr. Redding is survived by
five nephews: Boyd Redding of
Los Angeles, Ca., Leo and Ma
son Redding, Montana, Howard
Haverlund of Montrose, Colo.,
and Mason Haverland, Lincoln,
Neb.; two nieces, Alena Ander
son, Heppner, ore., and ttnei
Fehrman of Pendleton, Ore.
The Ervin Andersons drove to
Yakima Thursday, where they
met Doe Martin, who flew up
from Portland. They attended
the funeral of Mrs. Anderson's
uncle, Archie Redding, In El
lensburg Friday. Then they
drove to Portland for a visit at
the home of the C. A. Porters
and to meet a new grandson,
Cory Steven Porter. They re
turned home Sunday.
