The Kale and exchange were minut ed by Art Kelly. Ilermiston. Gary Stephenson Killed The lone community was sad dened to hear of the death of Gary O. Stephenson, who was killed in an automobile accident on April 29 at I'rineville. Gary was music teacher for several years In the lone School system in the late 50s, and at the time of his death was Music Coordin ator of Crook County and lived ut Prlneville. He Is survived by his wife Joyce; daughter, Lisa; and son, Kevin; his parents of Tillamook. 3 sisters end 1 broth er. Funeral service were held at "Our Saviors Lutheran rhunh" with interment In the I'rineville Cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Bryce Keene attended the services, also Mr. ana Mrs. ny mono Lundeli of Bend. Don liroslmm. another former lone teacher was one of the pall bear ers. Miss Kristlne Peterson was chosen queen of the prom and was crowned by Miss Marianne Pettyjohn. Horn from Germany Mr. and Mrs. Larry MienKe have returned from t.ermany. and are vIsltinR with her par ents.
