Basketball Clinic To Explain Rules A basketball rules clinic will be presented by John Hilsente ger assistant executive secretary of the Oregon School Activities Association, Wednesday night (October 29) at Pendleton Sen ior Hiuh school. The clinic, scheduled to get underway at 7:3U p.m., wm er rules changes for the 1969-70 session and include a brushup rhanffes and a brief explanation of changes in officials' mechanics.
