Mrs. Louis Rhodes was brought home last Monday from Pendleton where she had been a patient In St Anthony hospital for the past six weeks following a pickup accident Mrs. Edna Rhodes or uouiee City. They took Carol Ann and Alice Asher of Fossil to Portland where they were picked up by their grandmother and taken on to Astoria. The Hyatt pick ed up thelf daughter Theresa who had been spending some time in Portland visiting her grandparents. The Doubledeck card club was entertained In Fossil Wednes day evening with Marge Asher as hostess to the group. Bill Roberts of Newman, Calif, arrived Thursday to spend a few days with his family here. Mr. and Mrs. Virgil McClain of Burbank, Wash, spent the week-end here with Mr. and Mrs. Olin Weems- Mrs. Vincent Allen took her son Bob to Moses Lake, Wash.
