While here they will also visit the Jack Stephens family in Condon. Mrs. Verlin Conner and her son David Lovell went to Pen dleton Friday for a medical checkup for David. He will re turn to Pendleton Tuesday to enter St. Anthony's hospital for Wednesday surgery on his knee. Also in Heppner that day were Mr. and Mrs. Frank DeMerritt Mr. and Mrs. Tom Schoolcraft returned Friday from a two weeks trip to Oklahoma and Arkansas to visit relatives. In Heavener, Okla., they visited Mrs. r Schoolcraft s sister and family, Mr. and Mrs.- Arthur Owens and at McAlester, Okla., they visited . Sir. Schoolcrafts' aunt and uncle, the Tom Iveys. Calif., visited with Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Brttt during the week end of March 12 to 14. Mrs. Stewart is a niece of the Britts and Mr. Stewart worked here several years ago. On Monday, March 1, they continued on to Boise. Idaho, to visit her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Johnson, and the Johnson's son, Larry. ly of Oklahoma City and Mrs. Maude Hampton at Boonesville, Ark. When they returned to Pen dleton they were met by Mr. and Mrs. Charles Shannon who brought them to Kinzua the next day. Mrs. Richard Mortimore and sons were in Heppner Thursday for business, shopping and med ical care for Gene. The regular Camp 5 Women's card party met Thursday with Lola Ferrel as hostess. High was won by Carol Norm, low by Barbara Mortimore, and floating bv Carol Norris and sue Matu son. Others present were Nancy Hawk. Jean Medlock, Pat Mc Minn, - Marie Hulett, Marie oz. and was 22 inches long. He joins two brothers and a sister. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Dan Hill.
