Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Kress of Lewlston, Idaho, visited from Sunday through Thursday at the home of Kress' brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Kress. Other recent euests at the Mrs. Dewey West Sr., and his' Kress home were Mr. and Mrs. brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. John Hutson and his grand mother, Mrs. Frances Wetherell, all of Arlington; and his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Donavan and son Jerry of The Dalles. Mrs. Zoe Billings and daughter Brenda and Everett Hadley went tn Hermiston to visit at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie McDaniel. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Skoubo and sons Dick and Bobbie and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Getchell were Thanks giving guests at the home Mr. and Mrs. James Getchell in Hermist on. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Skoubo and children Daw and Janelle went to Pendleton to spend the day with Skoubo's mother, Mrs. Anna Skoubo. Soendlne the holidays with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Cassidy, were Peter Cassidy from Portland, Ellen Cassidy from Pendleton, Rose Cassidy from Walla Walla, and Beatrice Cass idy student at Marylhurst college. Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Woolley and daughter Marcia of Peace, Wash, were overnight visitors Saturday at the home Mrs. Wool Harold Franklin and daughter Nancy, Mr. and Mrs. Willis Knisht and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Schmidt and four children, all of Hermiston. Marie Potts and Connie Baker, students at EOC at La Grande, spent the holidays at their homes here. Delbert Houston or La Grande was a Sunday visitor at the Potts home. He was accomp anied here by Mrs. Esther Em mons of La Grande, who visited at the home of her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Carpenter. Those who attended the wed ding of Miss Ellen Cassidy and John Noov in Pendleton Satur dav morning were Mr. and Mrs. Skoubo, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Skoubo, Mrs. Ray Granquist, Mrs. George Sicard and daughter Maxine. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Marlow and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Marlow attended the funeral of Virgil Looker, late of Stanfield, in Pend leton Fridav. Maxine Sicard, student at the U. of O.. Eucene spent the holl days at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Sicard.
