Cocoa Angel Food. Heat the whiles of five eggs until stiff, add one-fourth trnnpoonful of cream ot tnrtur and fold lu lightly one cupful ot sugar. Sift together one tcaapootiful of corn starch, one-half cupful of flour and one-fourth cupful of cocoa. Add one teaFpoonful of vanilla. Mix all to gether and bake In tube pan In a slow oven. Maple Parfalt rk-nt four eggs slightly and pour alowly on them oue cupful of hot maple sirup. Cook care fully until the egga are cooked and the mixture thickened.
