After carefully look ing into this we have concluded that the writers are not "res ponsible for their outbursts and their comments have passed by as the chaff before the winds. No doubt Brother Fairbanks never dreamed they had put so much bitters in his cocktails. Miss Lulu Fitzwater returned Sunday from an extended visit with relatives in Portland and other points. Wm.
