Shrlver was thrown from a frisky saddlehorte on Main street Thursday evening and sustained a fracture of the collar bone. Dr. Gullette reduced the fracture aud the patient is now resting eaaily but la still confined to hit room at the Condon hotel. They proceeded to marry and in a week' the procecdod to quit him cold and refused lo live with him, Mr. Bort.or returned home but last month he returned to Portland and, after consulting an attorney, he made certain discoveries which render ed divorce easy.
