The Crow Hazard- ous Fuel Reduction project is located in the Emigrant Creek water- shed, Crowsfoot Creek-Emigrant Creek, Whiskey Creek-Emigrant Creek, and Bear Canyon Creek subwatersheds; within Harney County. The proposal includes hazardous fuel reduction activities including commercial, precommercial, salvage, landscape scale prescribed burning activities, and road activities. An Environmen- tal Assessment should form the basis for a decision. The purpose of these specifications is to secure a complete set of services to accom- plish the aerial application of approximately 2,000 remote acres of Medusahead rye. Acres to be treated during this project could be irregular polygons as small as 5 acres, roads, fence lines, and buffers around water (per label restrictions). ALL treatments must be done with 7 ounces Imazapic and a surfactant comparable to Grounded. ALL treatments will also be done with a minimum of 5 gallons of water per acre.
