Fair activities opened Tuesday and will con tinue into the weekend, with t rodeo to be featured. 10 a.m. Madras saddle club will spon sor a Halter Class Horse Show with trophies awarded the best entries in Appaloosa, Arabian quarter horse, Tennessee Walker and unregistered light breeds div ision. The halter class show will get underway at 7:30 a.m. and conclude about noon to be follow ed by the final performance of the rodeo. Throughout the fair the best of Jefferson County's produce and 4-H projects will be on display. TERMS NEGOTIATED SAN FRANCISCO IUPt R. V.
