H am m ond left Monday for Prineville. George Houser, of Shaniko, is visiting friends at this place. Harrison Montgomery, of Sisters, was a visitor in town this week. F rank Glass left for Prineville Friday on bustiness. He will re turn Monday. It is reported th a t a band of sheep has become scattered in the vicinity of the D. I. & P. Co. camp, and parts of the band are wander ing in various directions. Wm. Holder, editor of the Che- waucan Poet, passed through this place Sunday on his way from Prineville to Paisley.
