Foresters Regiment Full. D istrict Forester Quo. H. Cecil, of Portland, has discontinued issuing re cruiting cards for voluntary enlist ment in the 20th Engineers (Forest) and is no longer seeking applications from registrants under the draft law fox induction into this regiment. This is in accordance with alvice received from the Foreeter. Enough men have been enlisted or furnished induction papers te complete the ten be taboos of mill, woods, and logging railroad workers for the 20th Engineers (For est), the largest regiment in the world. The Forest Service cooperat ed with the War Department in secur ing for this regiment woodsmen, lum bermen, foresters, and others skilled in some line of woods or mill work.
