Mum mey received the contract for the manholes and for grates, and the American Paving company iui uuim ing the curbiugs. The company ex pects to begin work at once. The city engineer reported the amount ot work done on West Elev enth, Oak and Olive streets by the Warren Construction Company as $11,726.76, und 80 per cent, or $9, 310.20, was allowed.
