June 18 from the effects of an accident on June 16 at the Sunbeam mine near Custer, Idaho. While working a huge rock fell on him, crushing his ribs. Owing to the Isolation of the mine the unfortunate man's body could not be brought out, and word was not received here until yester day. He is a son of M. B. Taliafero of this city. While residing near Sprtng7 field; he became a member- of the Woodmen of the "World of that place, of which be was still a mem ber at tho time of his death. He was about 41 years of age. C:.
