George Comer called the meeting to order and Mr. C. M. Densmore gave a talk on the fruit and dryer business, and urged all who were interested in f urt tier ing the general development of this section to take hold of the proposi tion. It now seems that a dryer will he built. $2uoo was subscribed at the dose of the meeting. The plan is to organize with a capital stock of $;i)oij, with at least 3.000 sub scribed, to be paid In on Installments.
