N ew YoKK.Oct.il.—The anarchists in America ap pear to be very discontented, and during the unrest of the present political times are taking occasion to let their pas sions control their actions largely. Another plot has been unearthed by detectives here. As usual the plans frus trated included death to prominent men. The plot checked by the detectives in this instance was one which aimed to assassinate the next president of the United States, whether it be McKinley or Brvan. From this it is evident that the anarchists do not feel that they have a grievance which the election of either favorite would heal, but that the restraint of law is irksome. LIPTON’S PORK.
