ELBOW ROOM Monmouth, just at present, is like the growing boy who is still wearing the suit bought a couple of seasons before. The right man in the right place can create a great deal of trouble. THE COAST, A PLACE SHOW Since it is so dangerous to go sightseeing in Europe the "See America first" propaganda is at taining a wide popularity and last year's attendance of visitors from the east was notable for its proportions. The Southern Pacific is out with a new slogan this year "All the Pacific Coast is a Show Place" and to forward the idea has issued an illustrated booklet, entitled "Kour Gate wavs to the Pacific " A prominent feature of this ;ooklet is a two colored map of the entire coast extending across ight pages of the folder.
