land, Dean E. C. Sanderson of the
E ugene Bible U niversity, was
highly honored by being elected
first vice president of the In tern a­
tional convention.

and eloquent appeal one year ago

esting individuals in the P ortland
convention was Mr. R. A. Long of
K an sas City, Mo. Mr. Long, who
is a successful business m an, m ade

of Christ would raise one million
dollars he would give the same

est and best hospital in the world.

were here last S aturday night and

with people who enjoyed the en­
tertainm ent. They have a good

clean show. Mr. Busby is a gen­
tlem anly fellow and bis performers
are colored people who behave
well out of the tent and their act-
